Kathryn “Katie” Crouss, J.D. (Western New England School of Law) concentrates her legal practice on both employment and family law related matters. As a family law attorney, Katie regularly represents clients in divorce, custody and post-divorce matters both in court and through alternative dispute resolution methods. Both a certified mediator and trained in collaborative law, Katie assists clients in working towards an amicable resolution in order to avoid the uncertainty, time, and expense of litigation whenever possible. In addition, Katie regularly advocates for clients in Probate and Family Court in all four western counties and has represented clients in courts throughout the state. In addition, Katie regularly mediates with families and counsels employers throughout the Commonwealth.
